Who We Support
Dreamfo Semi-Independent Living service provides vulnerable young people and adults a safe and stable accommodation, supported by key workers. Our in-house social worker carries out monthly assessment to ensure the changing needs of the service.
Dreamfo Domiciliary care support adults from 18 years to 65 years by allowing you, or a loved one, to receive care in the comfort of your own home. You will receive regular visits from a fully trained worker who can support you with every aspect of your life, from personal care to household tasks and food preparation.
Dreamfo supported Living support adults from 18 to 65 years by providing Supported Housing and trained staff to help individuals to maintain a stable mental health, tenancy, develop independent living skills and access community services
